  1. Soak the dates in hot water to soften them.
  2. As the dates are soaking, crush cashews to the size desired for the protein balls.
  3. Drain the softened dates from the water.
  4. Add the cashews, dates, coconut oil, cacao powder, sacha inchi powder, and chia seeds into a blender or food processor. Blend until you get a smooth consistency, adding milk as needed.
  5. Wet hands with water and then roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut shreds if desired.
  7. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
