Easy to Use: For a more concentrated tea, place 4 heaping teaspoons (10g) of bark in a saucepan with 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Alternatively, prepare it by adding 1 heaping teaspoon (2.5g) of bark to a cup, pouring boiling water over it, and leaving it to brew for 5 minutes.
