  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, maca and baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and a pinch of salt
  2. Add apple sauce, egg, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth and set aside for about 5-10 minutes
  3. Prepare your pancakes as usual
  4. Enjoy immediately with maple syrup or honey
