- Soak chickpeas overnight or for at least four hours.
- Drain chickpeas and place it in a food processor with all other ingredients. Pulse until blended, but not pureed.
- Scoop out about two tablespoons' worth of the mixture and form the patties between your hands.
- Fry them on the skillet with two tablespoons of oil on each side until golden brown. Enjoy!
