Great flavor, just a little nutty

Flavor is good, we use it in a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio for Nan. 2 cups all purpose flour to 1 cup quinoa flour

Quinoa flour is very healthy, including more fiber than many flours

I used this red quinoa flour in coating shredded potatoes, along with a little turmeric, Greek seasoning, and whole cumin seeds, fried in small amount of olive oil. My take on healthy hashbrown potatoes.
