Very nice carob! Light color, dried, mild, mellow. Not harsh dark roasted, bitter. Fresh, light, clean smell and healthy stimulant free. Competitive price, great value. I swap for cocoa and cacao in all recipes, Smoothie Bowls, Nice Cream (banana base).
It has a strong smell, which makes you hate it at first. Then you get used to it.
I like this carob powder, it has lighter color than my previous one of a different brand, but the taste is pretty much the same, it's sweet. I like to use it as a substitute for cocoa powder in some recipes.
