TRULY PREMIUM AMARANTH
Organic & Pure Superfood
Hailing from the depths of the Andean Mountains of Peru, our high quality amaranth is sourced directly from farmers. These yellowish, round seeds grow in subtropical conditions.
Hearty Popped Amaranth from the Peruvian Andes
To preserve their nutritional characteristics, tiny amaranth seeds are passed through organic thermal processing. The resulting amaranth pop is wholesome, perfectly-sized, and easily digestible.
A great addition to your active lifestyle!
HOW TO USE IT
HerbaZest Amaranth Pop’s mild flavor and slightly nutty undertones can be easily enjoyed alone as a crunchy, guilt-free snack as well as in various food preparations, such as:
- Yogurt & cereal
- Granola & muesli
- Salads
- Baked & non-baked goods
I used these to coat protein balls. When I was closing the bag I realized they smelled rancid. Best by date is 2 years from now! Won't buy again.
It reminds me of unsugared rice krispies. It fine. Mixed it with some trail mix.
Very tasty
Great flavor and great for you - stays crunchy in milks - dairy almond oat etc - alkaline assimilation and organic - no toxins - I've tried other organic and alkaline grain pastas -cereals - and puffs - the quinoa ones get soggy quickly This on stays crunchy and a good flavor. Wheat is bad for you - acid assimliating and mucous forming and with gluten - Wheat is the worst thing you can out in your body, and corn and most rice. Rare white rice was revered in China so they hulled and bleached brown rice to simulate white rare rice - but the hull contains all the nutrients - never eat white rice except maybe whole grain basmati - all of it is still acid assimilation - amaranth quinoa and millet - Ethiopian Teff - Buckwheat (which is not a wheat) sorghum - eat those and make sure they're organic.
These are delicious! I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities so what I can eat is very limited. I also dont enjoy cooking for only me. So something like this that is ready to eat is awesome. Sometimes I like to mix it with chocolate which makes it sorta taste and feel like crunch chocolate. Its great. Im also thrilled that its nutritious. I feel a lot better on the days I eat this.
