have been using daily. LUV the recipe ideas as well as the idea booklet. Thank You!
I am allergic to all nuts and peanuts except for brazil nuts. (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, walnut, macadamia, pine nut, pecan, peanut, cashews) I have learned that I CAN eat: Baruka/baru nuts - Sacha Inchi - Tiger nuts - Pili nuts - brazil nuts. I am not deathly allergic to nuts and peanuts, I will just be miserable for multiple hours after taking 3-4 benedryl. Please ask your doctor or take at your own risk. I just thought I would share that I thought I would never be able to enjoy a nut-type food and I can eat these!
I am loving this new adventure in trying this Sacha Inchi protein powder in smoothies and recipes. I am a vegan blogger, recipe creator (Spicy Saucy Vegan) and love using this plant based flour in my recipes. It really does have a gluttonous quality to it. I wish I could use more of it in smoothies and recipes because of the amount of protein is so high but it gets very thick with just 1 to 2 tablespoons. Really a great way to get more protein! I haven't had any reactions or stomach problems with it at all and my stomach is sensitive. So another thumbs up
