- Place the ground crackers in a bowl and the coconut oil.
- Add the aguaje powder and give it a mix.
- In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Add it to the bowl with the crackers and give everything a good mix until the mixture can be formed into balls.
- Shape 20 balls and place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate. Place them on a parchment paper lined plate and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
