- Place the apples, cinnamon, and honey in a pan in a saucepan, add a dash of water, and cook until soft. Gently crush some of the apple pieces with the fork, while leaving others whole.
- Transfer the apples into an airtight jar and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, put the lid on, and place in the fridge for several hours or overnight. You may also reserve a tablespoon of the apples and use it as a topping.
