  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). In a bowl, mash one of the bananas until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the egg, honey, milk, and maca powder, if using.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix.
  4. Fill a 10" x 7" baking dish half way through with the batter. Slice the remaining banana and place half of the slices on top of the batter. Then pour the rest of the batter and garnish with the other half of the banana.
  5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Take out of the oven and let cool before serving. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
