  1. In a blender, combine aguaje powder, coconut milk, frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness, if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Optionally, sprinkle your favorite toppings (e.g. quinoa crispies) on top before closing the mold. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.
  4. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving. Enjoy!
