  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Turn off the heat, add the stevia leaves and black tea, and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the tea mixture and return the liquid to the pan.
  2. Place the pan back over medium heat. Add the ground cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and a pinch of black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot.
  3. Pour into two mugs. Optionally, top with foamed milk and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
