Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Sweeten to taste. If the mousse seems too thick, you can add a splash of cow's (or non-dairy) milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
  2. Transfer into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Great topping ideas include fresh fruit (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries), cacao nibs, shaved chocolate, toasted coconut chips, quinoa pop, granola, and more! You can also top your chocolate ricotta mousse with whipped cream or whipped coconut cream.
