  1. Add the tahini paste, honey, and vanilla extract to a small saucepan and heat it up over low heat until everything is smooth and warm.
  2. Place the sesame seeds and kaniwa pop to a bowl. Pour the tahini honey mixture over them. Give it a mix until well combined and completely covered.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a parchment paper lined, 8x8-inch baking dish. Press it down with a wooden spoon so that it evenly covers the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Then slice into bars and enjoy!
