  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
  2. Divide into jars, cover, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  3. Blend 3 kiwis into a purée. Slice the remaining kiwi.
  4. Divide the kiwi purée among the jars, spoon the chia pudding on top, sprinkle with puffed quinoa, then finish with kiwi slices. Serve chilled and enjoy!
