- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Divide into jars, cover, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Blend 3 kiwis into a purée. Slice the remaining kiwi.
- Divide the kiwi purée among the jars, spoon the chia pudding on top, sprinkle with puffed quinoa, then finish with kiwi slices. Serve chilled and enjoy!
