  1. Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Set the mixture aside for 10-15 minutes without whisking. Then give it a mix, put the lid on, and place the bowl in refrigerator overnight (or for at least six hours).
  3. When ready to serve, stir the pudding and garnish it with strawberries or other fruits you may have on hand. Enjoy!

Besides strawberries, you may also sprinkle your maca chocolate chia pudding with shaved dark chocolate, cacao nibs, or shredded coconut.
