- Start by mashing a banana in a bowl. Then add the milk, coconut oil, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, place the quinoa flakes, oats, oats flour, salt, chia seeds, and ground flax. Mix well to combine. Then add dried goldenberries, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds and give it another mix.
- Pour the banana milk mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients, give it a mix, and set aside for a few minutes.
- Scoop out a tablespoon-full of dough and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Form it into a cookie shape.
- Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before eating.
