  1. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  2. Using a hand-held mixer, mix the bananas, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add in the sacha inchi seeds and oats and give it a good mix.
  4. Bake at 350°F (176°C) for half an hour, or until golden brown.
  5. Take out of the oven and set aside to cool completely. Then cut into jars and enjoy!
