- Place the goldenberries and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mash lightly, and strain. Chill in the refrigerator.
- To assemble, fill a glass with ice (optional). Pour 4 tablespoons of the goldenberry syrup into a glass, top with sparkling water, stir, and enjoy!
