Easy to Use: For a more concentrated tea, place 4 heaping teaspoons (10g) of bark in a saucepan with 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Alternatively, prepare it by adding 1 heaping teaspoon (2.5g) of bark to a cup, pouring boiling water over it, and leaving it to brew for 5 minutes.

HOW TO USE IT

HerbaZest Cat’s Claw Tea has a pleasant, earthy taste without being overly bitter, making it a delightful beverage to enjoy any time of the day. It can be easily brewed to the preferred concentration in one of two ways:

In a saucepan on a stovetop (stronger tea)
In a tea cup (milder tea)
If desired, add lemon & a sweetener like honey

Easy process

Of course all herbal teas have an acquired taste. This is no exception. It’s not bitter but tolerable. I think results come quickly. Not messy to process.
