I love a little extra crunchy something to top my salad and these are perfect! I'm actually not the biggest fan of eating quinoa, but I had some of it puffed once in a chocolate bar and it takes all of the usual goo out of the quinoa, leaving all of the healthy protein and a nice crunch along the lines of a rice krispie. So these would be great for baking and making all sorts of sweet treats (hello quinoa marshmallow treats) as well as being used as a crunchy topping for savory foods. I may even try to grind some to see if they might work as a gluten free breading. It's a large bag so there is definitely room for experimenting!
