I am loving this new adventure in trying this Sacha Inchi protein powder in smoothies and recipes. I am a vegan blogger, recipe creator (Spicy Saucy Vegan) and love using this plant based flour in my recipes. It really does have a gluttonous quality to it. I wish I could use more of it in smoothies and recipes because of the amount of protein is so high but it gets very thick with just 1 to 2 tablespoons. Really a great way to get more protein! I haven't had any reactions or stomach problems with it at all and my stomach is sensitive. So another thumbs up

Delicious & easy to digest. Since it's unflavored, you can add to sweet or savory baked goods. I used in muffins but recommend mixing with a liquid such as milk & setting to the side before adding.
