Taste great. Probably beneficial, nutritionally, excellent source of protein.
I love these on my salads, to add protein and crunch! I cut them in half (my hands aren’t t strong enough to break them - but once they are cut in half they are much easier to break into smaller pieces). They do have a different taste than I’m used to, but once they are mixed into salad with a little dressing they are really delicious. I think the taste kind of grew on me, as I didn’t like them as much at first, but love them now. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the unreasonably (IMO) high price. As much as I want to reorder, I think I’ll go back to my previous nut choices, which aren’t nearly as expensive. I hope these will come down in price at some point; then I’ll happily order again.
Well packaged. Taste good, nice and crunchy. Great source of fiber. Helps prevent unhealthy snacking.
