  1. To make the decoction, simmer cat’s claw bark and ginger in 3 cups of water for about 20 minutes, until the liquid reduces slightly.
  2. Remove from heat, strain, add the honey, and let cool.
  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  4. Pour into small glass jars or shot bottles. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
