- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for amaranth pop. Mix together until there are no clumps.
- Set it aside for a few minutes, then mix it again, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- To serve, fill half of a jar with the pudding, add a tablespoon of amaranth pop, and top it with the rest of the pudding. Garnish with the remaining amaranth pop and favorite fruits.
