  1. Process soymilk and banana in a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Rub a small amount vegan butter or oil onto the skillet and add one-fifth of the batter per pancake. Cook until the edges are golden bread, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  4. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
