- Mix all of the ingredients (except for graham crackers) in an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, place some of the crumbled graham crackers at the bottom of two jars or glasses.
- Give the overnight kaniwa flakes a mix and check for sweetness and consistency. Adjust according to your preference by adding a splash of milk to make it less thick or maple syrup to make it sweeter.
- Divide the flake mixture between the jars on top of the cookies. Top it with a little bit of Greek yogurt, crumbled graham crackers, and lime zest. Enjoy!
