  1. Mix all of the ingredients (except for graham crackers) in an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Before serving, place some of the crumbled graham crackers at the bottom of two jars or glasses.
  3. Give the overnight kaniwa flakes a mix and check for sweetness and consistency. Adjust according to your preference by adding a splash of milk to make it less thick or maple syrup to make it sweeter.
  4. Divide the flake mixture between the jars on top of the cookies. Top it with a little bit of Greek yogurt, crumbled graham crackers, and lime zest. Enjoy!
