- Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
- Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and beat until frothy.
- Add lucuma powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to taste. Continue whipping until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the mousse into serving jars or glasses. Top with passion fruit coulis. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
