  1. Place the mango and Greek yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the lucuma powder and blend to mix.
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add it to the blender and blend until well incorporated.
  4. Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Enjoy as is or top with your favorite toppings, like a drizzle of condensed milk and crushed pistachios.
