  1. In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, frozen sweet potato, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. For the topping, melt coconut oil and maple syrup in a skillet. Add quinoa flakes and crushed walnuts. Cook until golden and fragrant.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Top with quinoa-walnut mix, crushed dark chocolate, and optional banana slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
