  1. Line a small glass baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate along with coconut oil in a microwave or a double boiler.
  3. Mix in the sweetener according to taste (if using).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate into the baking dish so that it evenly covers the bottom. Top it with chopped sacha inchi seeds.
  5. Place in the fridge until set. Then cut into slices and enjoy!
