  1. If your goat cheese is not already in the shape of a log, take a piece of plastic wrap, add the cheese, and shape it into a log. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 min.
  2. To a bowl, add the finely chopped parsley, dried goldenberries, and walnuts. Give it a good mix.
  3. Gently roll the goat cheese log in the walnut-goldenberry-parsley mixture until completely covered.
  4. Place on a plate, drizzle with honey, and enjoy!
