- Slice the figs lengthwise into quarters and arrange them in an oven-safe dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the quinoa flakes, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar until combined. Add the chopped almonds and mix again to form a crumbly texture.
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the figs. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the figs are soft and bubbling.
