  1. Whisk together the milk with kaniwa flour in a saucepan.
  2. Put the heat on to low and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Simmer for two to three minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. When the mixture thickens and becomes creamy, turn the heat off and transfer the porridge into individual bowls.
  4. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
