  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and well combined. Then add the quinoa pop and stir until evenly coated.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, place dollops of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or tray. Flatten each bite slightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips until thick and smooth, then spoon the melted chocolate over each bite. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy straight from the freezer or let sit for a few minutes before serving.
