- Place the frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk for a less thick smoothie.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with quinoa pop (and cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips, if using). You can also melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over your smoothie.
