  1. Place the frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk for a less thick smoothie.
  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with quinoa pop (and cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips, if using). You can also melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over your smoothie.
  3. Enjoy right away!
