- In a bowl, mix together the mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, milk, and cacao powder. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, add the overnight oats to one or two serving bowls and set aside while you prepare the chocolate quinoa pop topping.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave. Add popped quinoa to melted chocolate and mix it. Then spread the mixture over oats. Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
