  1. Wash and thoroughly dry raspberries.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Gently stir raspberries into the melted chocolate, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle with quinoa crispies. Freeze until solid, then break into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
