- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the honey, oil, and water. Add the almonds, cashews, pecans, and sacha inchi, mixing until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the nuts and toss again until fully covered.
- Spread in a single layer and bake for 18-22 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Cool completely. The nuts will crisp up as they cool. Enjoy!
