  1. In a bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
  2. Add the maple syrup and mix well so that everything is coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Gently press it down with the back of a spoon so that it is even.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  5. When completely cool, slice into bars. Enjoy!
