  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flours and baking powder.
  3. Add melted butter, honey, yogurt, and egg. Stir to combine.
  4. Purée half a mango and fold it into the batter.
  5. Spoon batter into donut molds and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and springy.
  6. While donuts bake, purée the remaining mango.
  7. Once cooled, dip each donut into mango purée and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
