  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). In a bowl, combine the nuts and seeds. Add the maple syrup and mix until evenly coated.
  2. Divide the mixture between muffin cups lined with parchment or paper liners, pressing lightly to shape the clusters. Bake for 18 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  3. Let the clusters cool completely. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth. Dip in melted chocolate and chill until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
