- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the banana, amaranth flakes, milk, cacao powder, and vanilla extract to a saucepan. Give it a mix and cook it over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the porridge is warm and thick. Add more milk if you prefer a less thick porridge. At this step, you can also sweeten your porridge to taste with a sweetener of choice.
