- In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add in the kaniwa flakes, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Then lower the heat, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Then transfer it to a bowl, top it with jam, peanut butter, and chia seeds. Enjoy right away!
