  1. To a large bowl, add the mashed banana, oat flour, kaniwa flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Give it a mix.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Give it a good mix.
  4. Pour the mixture to a lightly greased, parchment paper lined baking tray. Sprinkle with slivered or sliced almonds. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven, set aside to cool down a little bit. Then dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars. Enjoy!
