- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mash one of the bananas. Add in the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the kaniwa flakes, chia seeds, and salt.
- Fold in the strawberries. Then transfer the batter to a 10x7-inch baking dish. Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
- Take out of the oven and let cool before slicing. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
