  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash one of the bananas. Add in the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix in the kaniwa flakes, chia seeds, and salt.
  4. Fold in the strawberries. Then transfer the batter to a 10x7-inch baking dish. Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
  6. Take out of the oven and let cool before slicing. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
