  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and beat until frothy.
  3. Add lucuma powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to taste. Continue whipping until soft peaks form.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving jars or glasses. Top with passion fruit coulis. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
