I buy this and make my own homemade organic Sacha Inchi butter. After a other online retailer reformulated their Sacha Inchi butter with a bunch of junk, I decided to buy my own seeds and make it. I love that they're unsalted so I can control the sodium content. I blend 5 cups of these in my Vitamix blender and in 2 minutes I have the most amazing, creamy butter! I add a few turns of this special Makai pure unrefined sea salt that is lower sodium, and it just tastes wonderful!
I have special dietary needs that permit me from so many foods. These seeds are such a superfood and very good fo me! I am a commited customer to Herbazest!
Oh, I have even bought their organic Lucuma powder recently and tried it mixed into the Sacha Inchi butter. It tastes very good, reminds of a date like flavor!

Good quality, packaged well. The flavor takes some getting used to but, if you only eat a few, they are fine. Go well with salad.

surprisingly addictive!
great crunch and smooth subtle flavor with a rich nutty finish. these came vacuum sealed so are very fresh. perfectly lightly roasted with no oils. some people prefer to add salt to bring out the nutty flavor but i love them as is and eat them by the handful! so happy to have found another superfood to add to my healthy snack possibilities.
