Refund Policy

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of purchase, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns

All returns must have a return authorization. In case you want to return a product, please email us at support@herbazest.com and include your name and order number for further instructions and a return authorization. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. The refund amount will be equivalent to the value of the items. Wholesale discounted orders are not eligible for returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure your full satisfaction is to request a refund of the item you have. Once the returned item is received, we will issue you a refund. Meanwhile, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
